 Greetings,

 

       Our team is seeking a way to share documents (file uploads)  that are attached and specific to a Case between internal full Salesforce license users and Customer Community Plus Login license Users.

 

      If the Community(Experience Cloud User) uploads a document the internal staff cannot view it or even see that it exists.  If the internal Salesforce User uploads the document then the Experience Cloud User cannot view it or see that it even exists

 

      Knowledge and Salesforce Libraries are not a good fit.  

 

      Can anyone provide some insight on possiblities to solve this issue for a Salesforce Enterprise org.

    The answer is the same as the answer for your July question. Checking the ContentDocumentLink from the UI is exactly what you said that your internal users are doing with the slider for customer access...it's just a way you can do it in a trigger programmatically so the users don't have to manually do it. Otherwise, the users will have to continue to manually slide the slider for customer access.
