Hello,
We have a newsletter sign-up form on our website that is working for our US-based followers, but we've just been made aware that Canadian followers may be having trouble. I have tested with just the test email/country/providence/state and it goes through ok as well as with just a test email successfully. This leads me to believe it is the postal code giving me problems. I've tried it with the space between the first and last 3 characters and with them all together. Still get the error. My temporary fix was to manually enter the prospect who contacted us via email to let us know of the error (and manual entry worked fine).
Thoughts on how to fix this? I put in the Vancouver Aquarium's address as a sample and highlighted the errors we're seeing. The only required field is the email address.
Can you drop a link to the form itself? That can help troubleshooting. My guess is that something is required, even if you don't think it is. Also, possibly the Postal Code on the form is set to accept numbers only, not "text" as the option. (Which is fine for the US, but obviously other countries have letters in their postal codes.)
