Does anyone have experience in using Marketing Cloud webforms to dynamically identify users who have opted out and give them a way to opt back in?
I.E. when a user enters their email address into a webform, if they exist in the database and have opted out, a link to receive a "resubscribe" email is generated within the form (or somewhere) even before they've submitted.

@Frank MacPherson Well you may, if you are able to retrieve his/her subscriberkey and then initiate a trigger send with Transactional message.
