We are having an issue with engagement programs. Those who did not open the first email in a series were not delivered the next email, but instead seem to be stuck in a waiting step. We have opened a case, but this is a very urgent issue. We have tried pausing and restarting the engagement campaign. The only thing different from this one and those that are working successfully is that there are no exact dates for the sends - only # of days to wait between sends. Anyone seen this? Any way to fix it?

    Does anyone have a trick to get recipients who are stuck in a wait step to move to the next step? I have tried pausing and restarting the program, but it's not working. Thanks.
