Hi,

 

We have 2 Salesforce instances and in the process, of migrating and integrating both Orgs. But, I have one org with Pardot connection. Can someone help me with the process to disconnect the pardot with the existing salesforce org and connect to the new org?

 

Any help appreciated?

    Hi @Lakshmi Akula, first install the Pardot App package in your new Org, then go to the Salesforce Connector in Pardot and change the connector user. Don't forget to check whether the Pardot ID in your Org's setup has been updated and contact SF support if not, otherwise you might get into trouble with Pardot contract renewals where licenses are provisioned to the old ID.
