Hey there! I'm currently in the process of testing an engagement program. This one is really straight forward so I didn't anticipate any issues, but the three test contacts I sent through it seem to have gotten "stuck" right at the end of it. The final email deployed, and all test contacts opened and clicked, and then, there should have been a 1 day wait before a custom field evaluation was supposed to happen determining whether or not the journey would end, or the contacts would be added to a static list. It's been well past the 1 day wait (I think I let it go 4 days now to see if the issue would correct itself) and the custom field evaluation just isn't running. Has anyone had this issue before, or have any thoughts on what could be going on?
