We have an engagement studio program that sends out multiple emails over a period of time. 

 

What happens to a prospect who is in the middle of an engagement program and their email is updated in Salesforce? The Pardot/Salesforce sync will update the email in Pardot, but what about engagement studio?

 

Will the prospect exit the engagement studio? Or continue receiving emails on the new email address?

    Hi @Hira Anis. The Prospect will stay on the list and continue through the program unless you have a dynamic list which adds Prospects to the list based on a rule for their email address structure (Contains ABC, for example) so any change to the email address might cause the Prospect to no longer qualify being on the list.
