If my engagement studio program has completed all of the actions, why does the status still show that it's running? Wouldn't it make more sense to say complete when it is using static lists?

It's a versatile platform. I use a lot of dynamic lists and want my Engagement Studio to always remain on for re-entries.
One option would be to use the schedule function as you go to turn it on. There's a schedule "end" feature. Using this along with the testing tab, you can estimate when you'd like to program to stop running.
