I'm thoroughly stumped. Halp.
We have a Zoom webinar that's being hosted by a different department in our university (alumni relations). We want to use this event to market to prospective students.
Problem: The Zoom registration form the alumni department is using asks completely different questions, ones that are irrelevant for us. We need to know different pieces of info.
So, I created a Pardot form and landing page to gather these webinar registrations from prospects. Here's the issue: You can use the Pardot/Zoom integration to push people who register in Zoom to Pardot... but you can't do the reverse. I need people who fill out a Pardot form to be registered in Zoom.
Usually, I use Zapier for something like this, but there's no trigger in Zapier for "Pardot form submission". If I use the Zapier trigger for "New campaign member", it triggers every time a new member is added to ANY campaign, which overloads Zapier and causes it to turn off the Zap.
I really need to be able to double-post my Pardot form to an external URL in addition to posting to Pardot. But that appears to be 'not a thing.'
Do I have ANY options? Thanks for any advice you can provide.
@Susan Pace actually it is possible to create a form handler in Pardot. What we have done is to create two form handlers, one for registrants and the other for participants. See the second option of this link: https://nebulaconsulting.co.uk/insights/integrating-zoom-with-pardot/#:~:text=Method%202%3A%20Use%20Pardot%20Form%20Handlers%20with%20your%20Zoom%20Webinars&text=Once%20you%20have%20set%20up%20your%20Form%20Handlers%2C%20navigate%20to,via%20Form%20Handlers'%20select%20Configure.&text=Pardot%20will%20create%20prospects%20for%20you%20via%20these%20Form%20Handlers.
