Hi,

Pardot Engage Alerts(desktop Application) does not work desktop notifications.

Some users do not receive desktop notifications when there is a signal.

(For example , when get open email or click)

It has been confirmed that there are no problems with the PC settings and application settings. Could you tell me how to solve it?

・We use _Mac book pro.

・We can get activity card , but does not work desktop notifications.
