Helping a colleague troubleshoot an automation. There is a Pardot Automation updating a picklist field on the Campaign Member. Then there is a Record-Triggered, after-save Flow that is supposed to add points to the Score. But it's not working.
Note: The Flow does run when we manually change the field on the record, just not when the Pardot Automation does it.
Any ideas?

Hi Lara - thank you -- I am now being told it's the B2MA user which is blocking the flow from running because it cannot have flow permissions. So they have to do a workaround. Whichever field was being updated worked manually, just not when the automation ran. I think it's been solved now. If I can get a full understanding of it I will reply here so people can see it.
