We are trying to clean up our prospect database and I want to pull a list of all of our inactive prospects that are older than a year, vet them and then come up with a list of those who I want to delete from the system. My question is, once I have determine who on the list to delete, is there a way to add a tag to those prospects, in bulk, and then delete them, or what is the best way to identify them in Pardot and delete them?

Hi @Amanda Kruit. There is an easy way to do this and you will do most of the work by creating your list. Then there are a couple more steps to achieve what you want. See the attached to use the functions at the bottom of your list. Good luck!
