Hi everyone!

We are transitioning to Pardot from Marketo, and I am attempting to rebuild nurture campaigns. Most are based on data changes: when a value changes, it gets added to a program. I can't figure out how to accomplish this in Pardot. A dynamic list will simply dump everyone into the program with a specific value, but I need them to be added as that value changes. The triggers available do not pertain to any sort of data changes. Any ideas are appreciated!
