Best Practice (Flows): How can I best setup/organize my Flows?

We are beginning to migrate our Processes (from Process Builder) to Flows. Are there any recommendations or known best practices when naming the Flows, organizing them, or consolidating

#Flows? I read through most of the Flow documentation as well as Architect documentation
