Create an Object-Specific Quick Action

I am trying to create a New Action from Candidate Custom Object, but i am not able to find my Target Object as "Job Application" from the pick-list which i want. Can you guys please help me out that why i am facing this problem?4

I might be mistaken, but try creating a lookup field for your 'Job Application' Object. Once those 2 objects are linked you should be okay.
