Move Outlook contacts to Salesforce through unconnected email

I have a team member who uses outlook and has his entire database of contacts in outlook. He would like to transfer specific contacts into Salesforce from his outlook and wants to know the best way to do this?

 

The one caveat is that we use Google Suite (Workspace) so he cannot login to his salesforce account in Outlook because he does not have a microsoft email to connect to salesforce.

    could you use the salesforce add-in for outlook? we use it to transfer contacts but you will need to manually do it. otherwise, is there a way to export the contacts and upload to Salesforce
