Hi all!  So my org just got the newe update and we're now able to do Task queues.  Very hyped about this and really trying to put together a queue that we are able to assign way distant follow up tasks to.  Now whats super weird about this, is that I am able to assign the tasks to the queue from the task object tab, but I am unable to assign to the queue from a quick action on the Contact Page. It will only allow me to assign to Users.  Has anyone figured out how to get this to appear there aswell?  Please let me know thanks all!

    Hi Dominic,

     

    I read you idea and the comment about the Summer '20 release but still curious - how do you assign a task to the integration user through a quick action? I need something to start working ASAP before Summer '20 release (my org will be updated in almost 3 weeks).

     

    I managed to assign tasks to, for example, Contact's owner, but I need to do it to some constant specific user (like you did with the integration user).
