Is it possible to map lead and contact fields without the lead having to be converted to a contact? The reason i ask this is because we often have leads (MQL's) that come through in our data base but they are already a customer (contact) and we'd just want to map a couple fields from the lead to the contact record. Is there any workaround this? Any guidance would be great. Thanks!

Hi Nij,
While converting the lead, select existing contact in the lead conversion screen. So this won't create duplicate contact and Also existing contact is considered as a master record
