Installing CMTD Enhanced Related List

I have recently installed CMTD Enhanced Related List from the AppExchange and, after following the configuration instructions still cannot see the "Custom - Managed" Lighning component when I open the Account Record Page.

 

It states that to see custom components I have to "Deploy my domain". Do I have to do this to see the Custom - Managed component or is there another way? Installing CMTD Enhanced Related List

    Hi Gabriel,

     

    I'm afraid so. You have to set up My Domain before any third party lightning components will appear in the page builder.
