Can Social Studio listen for when someone changes their job title?

Question

We would like to listen for when someone changes their job title to something different (i.e. gets a promotion or switches to a new role). Is this possible in Social Studio? In the end, we would want to send them a congratulatory email, but that's a whole different question. So let's start with the above.
