I'm looking to add the "Description" of the field as a column. Is it possible to change the layout/columns of object settings

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add the description as column or modify any pages in the Setup. I would suggest to submit this question as idea in the Idea Exchange site.
