I have meetings in my calendar and just set up outlook lightning sync. When I create a new event they get synced to Salesforce but the meetings I made prior don't sync. Is there a way to get those synced over?Outlook Lightning sync. Retroactively sync prior made meetings to Salesforce.

    Hi Chris,

     

    Because recent events are the most relevant to you, after your admin initiates sync, Lightning Sync attempts to match only:

    • New Salesforce events after you create them or existing Salesforce events after you update them.
    • New and existing Microsoft or Google events that fall within the filter and sync settings set by your Salesforce admin.
