How to get my products with respective pricing imported into my Standard Pricebook via data loader. I am trying to understand why I keep receiving errors on what I am importing / have tried several variations.

I am needing to data load these products into both the standard price book and the company's standard price book. However, the data loader repeatedly gives me ERRORs and is currently not letting me extract the price books. Please help - I would be greatly appreciative!

I am trying to associate products with a price book. I have taken out any / all $.
