I am on the conga quote composer tool and I need to add the manufacturing part #. What is the shortcut to do so on a word document that can be uploaded onto Salesforce?

If the "Mfg. Part #" is a field on the quote line item, you should be able to copy the API name from the Conga template builder (see the link on "Using the Template Builder" below) and add it into the table on the document. The new field should look like the other fields: {{Field_Name}}.
Once you save the document and upload it to the corresponding Conga Template record, it should replace the one you are currently looking at. Conga will now populate the "Mfg. Part #" automatically because it is included in your template.
