Main Opportunity Junction & Slave Help Urgently Needed!!

When we create our Master PN/Opportunity, we first create it to the junction & then create our slaves so they are attached to the junction, however this misnumbers the slaves in sequence - how can we fix this so the Slave Opp Name of the Slave matches the Project Number? Right now it pulls it to say for example '12345-07-19-MAST' instead of '12345-07-19-SUP-01'.

 

I tried changing the bottom of the page in the Child Opportunity spot, but it doesn't change the sequence.

    Figured it out in case anyone else has the same issue...I'll try my best to explain: 

     

    - You need to go to the bottom of the slave creation page to the 'child opportunity' header

     

    - Your Slave 1, as Slave 2 due to your master opportunity taking the slave 1, and also on the bottom of the screen where you have 'Copy of PN for Search Indexing' it will be one number down from the Child Opportunity Number

     

    Example:

     

    Child Opportunity - 3                 Copy of PN for Search Indexing - 12345-07-19-SUP-02
