We have partly implemented Product Requests/Product Request Line Items/Product Transfers to our Salesforce org.
Our field engineers can currently use a flow on the FSL mobile app to raise a PR/PRLI. We then process these from the office - ordering the products from suppliers, and creating a PT to signify the movement of stock to the engineers' Salesforce inventory.
We currently use the Orders object for orders from our customers, which we then send to our suppliers where relevant. We are investigating whether we should move away from Orders, and use PRs/PRLIs for these customer orders instead.
It would be great to talk to anyone else who has implemented PR/PRLIs to their Salesforce org - how they have done this, any tips etc.
(We also have a bunch of questions around shared locations, returns etc!)
Any help would be much appreciated.
