Hi Rachel,

I'd probably point you to the trailhead modules of Pardot, that will give you a very good base to start.

Now on lead creation you can either use webtolead snippet and a form redirect, or look at your admin section on SF connector to define how data is about both applications.

Hi Ines, your response helped me find the solution I was looking for. I typed in web-to-lead snippet into Google and I discovered an automation rule called Do No Sync with CRM which solved the problem. Thank you!
