How to setup social customer service in Playground

Question

Hello,

I'm working on my Service Cloud Certif, and can't find the way to enable Social Customer Service in my playground.

All the guides give the same answer:

"From Setup, enter Social Media in the QuickFind box, then select Social CustomerService."

But Social Media, Social, ... doesn't exist in the playground
