Hi! I have two custom fields, one on the contact object, the other on the case object. They are both the same field (userId), but I would like to have the contact userId field to copy over into the case userId field when filled. Both are text fields, and the text in these fields vary per contact. I understand this requires a formula in process builder, but I can't find any that have worked for me so far. Anything will help! Thanks
