Hi All,
We have a lead assignment rules setup which direct leads to individual users depending the type of lead which works fine.
We have been asked to add to the bottom a new requirement which is to assign other leads to two different queues (QueueA & QueueB), again depending on the type of lead. These would be leads that didnt match all the above rules.
Once the lead hits either of these queues, we would like a round robin setup to allocate leads to members. (QueueA = 6 QueueB = 10).
All the information found online, suggested giving round robin numbers etc from the point a lead comes in, which by the time gets to the queue does not evenly distribute the lead so we need the round robin magic to happen once it hits the queue. Can this be done via workflows, process builder, custom fields etc?
Has anyone managed to implement this, if so how? Ideally want to stay away from apps if possible, but if its impossible then please recommend.

Hi Sachin, do you use pardot? Pardot has round robin assginment feature. As you said, best is to stay away from App as long as possible.
On the other side, App like ours provide much more powerful routing features. May be an overkill if your requirement is just limited to round robin. Just in case you want to learn more, here it is
