I am in Data Security Module - Control Access to the Org

I am in the Data Security Module - Control Access to the Org - in the challange I need to create a new user that has string "guestadmin" in the username - the new user must be inactive - the username must be an email address - in the username I put carolannwalgenguestadmin@aol.com then I tried guestadmincarolannwalgen@aol.com - I get challenge not yet complete an inactive user with 'guestadmin' in the username not found - what am I doing wrong? Also I want to learn Developer Platform I am going through Beginner do I just follow along the trail or are there specifics modules I should be learing before this one? Thank you for your time and help

    Good evening,

    After some research of all the same problems with this module - I was able to move forward - I deactivated 2 sys admin and the challenge was accepted - I keep moving forward
