How can I divide my list of 400 into tow list of 200?

I have a list of 400 Insurance Agents.  How can I create two list of 200 so that I do not have to do this manually when I want to send List email or add list to Campaign?

    Thanks for the quick reply. Your suggestion is way to complexed for my understanding. I was hoping there may be a simple way to divide the first 200 Agents in to List "Agent 1" & the second 200 in to List "Agent 2"
