I am attempting to remove our marketing manager as an admin in Salesforce, however, I am receiving an error message.

Error: This user, as the Default Lead Creator, must have the "Modify All Data" and "Send Email" permissions. Select a profile or assign a permission set with these permissions enabled.

 

Where do I need to go to set up these specific permissions.  I looked under lead but it wouldnt allow me to select modify all.

    Go to Setup.

     

    On the Quick Find box, enter Web then click Web-to-Lead.

     

    Click "Edit"

     

    On "Default Lead Creator", click the magnifying icon then search for the new default lead creator. The new Lead creator must have the "Modify All Data" and "Send Email" permissions enabled.

     

    Click Save.

     

    After changing it to someone else then you can remove them as admin.
