Prospects' e-mail recieving time zone is Mon-Fri, 10:00 - 16:00 and I set the sending date on June 4.
I once got auto-mail from Pardot that shows such as "Your Engagement program *** has correctly started with 0 prospects".
Therefore I once stopped the program at 15:25:03 and double-check the flow. However I cannot find any problem then I restarted it at 15:32:39.
I also got auto-mail from Pardot that shows such as "Your Engagement program *** has correctly started with 8515 prospects".
However my e-mail wasn't sent to above prospects.
Next day (June 5 (Fri)), I stopped it again at 09:04:03 and changed the sending date to June 5 and time zone to 9:00-18:00 and restarted at 09:05:30 then my e-mail has immediately sent to the 8,515 prospects.
I want to ask two questions about this symptom.
(Q1) I had "... 0 prospects" e-mail at first but what should have I done it for the e-mail?
(Q2) When I restarted my program at 15:32:39 on June 4 and there was enough time to 16:00 but why my e-mail was not sent to the prospects despite my e-mail was sent to the same prospects immediately on June 5?
Could anybody answer my questions? I don't want to have same problem again.
