
I've recently got lightning dailer for our salesforce. When i log into salesforce and use it, it works fine and as it should. When i log in as users that have the Lightning dailer license/permission, that works fine too. But when the user logs in and tries to add calls to the call list the never populate or add the records to lightning dialer, but as i stated it works fine when i log in as those users and add calls to the call list. I appreciate any help on this as there isnt much information out there other than a pdf for implementation.

If any one else has this issue the answer is :
1. In Lightning, navigate to Setup > Object Manager
2. Select the Object (Leads)
3. Select 'Search Layouts'
4. Edit the layout 'List View'
5. De-select the 'Add to Call List [MassCreateCallList]' option.
6. Save
7. Edit the layout 'List View'
8. Select the 'Add to Call List [MassCreateCallList]' option.
9. Save
