Currenlty,I am working on below requirement.I need to disable auto response email for specific
case record type and profile users.I tried to add new rule entry for existing auto response rule
by specific filters "Case Origin =email","Case:Profile Name not equal to Sample Profile Name" and "Case Record type =Sample Case Record Type".But email template and email are mandatory.I dont want to specify email address and email template because I dont want to send auto response emails for this profile users.So,any one please guide me whether my approach is correct.If this is wrong,please specify the right path.Thanks in advance

Hi kishore ,
You can create multiple Rule entrries and send an emails for records which is satiesfying criteria. You can't disable template and email as it is mandatory.
