Prospects waiting on engament studio action with no wait time

Has anyone experienced this? Prospects are left on waiting but there is no wait time on the action during the time frame of business hours even. What could be happening? I need this action to occur in a real-time frequency. Prospects waiting on engament studio action with no wait time
