Rookie at Communities

I am just starting out with communites and we are about to set up the custom domain. I have a question. If i have multiple communities do they all have seperate URL's or do they share one domain. example:

Community 1: company.force.com/delivery

Community 2: company.force.com/inventory

-or-

Community 1: companydelivery.force.com

Community 2: companyinventory.force.com

They will share the same domain.

Community 1: company.force.com/delivery

Community 2: company.force.com/inventory
