When I search an account name for example, the search results populated all objects/records that have a relation to that specific account name.
I have a custom object, "Delivery Exceptions". If an account is tied to a delivery exception and you use global search for that specific account name, the Delivery Exception record count is "0" even though the account is related to it. Any ideas? Thanks!

For some reason the url is not working for me. Here is an example. The first screenshot is the Delivery Exception record with an account lookup.
The second screenshot is when I use the global search bar for that account name. The Delivery Exception record count is 0.
