Lightning Page named 'New Account Page' does not appear to contain the Related Lists standard component.

Hello All,

Please I am trying to get pass the challenge but anytime I save the tabs and refresh it disappears.

Hence I get the error, any suggestions on how to make the tabs not disappear after saving.
