Slow and Poor Performance - Sales

Every click in my process builder takes >5 seconds to refresh (most over 10 seconds). Forget about clicking on something by accident. Process Builder also occasionally randomly quits for no reason, which makes the whole process much more frustrating.

 

Fill up a form or updating a form took hours.... and before we move to SF, we use excel spreadsheet and share using something like google document, which in fact is much better. I am wasting a lot of hours try to get the SF updating.

    everywhere are the same. drop down selection menu is one of the worst.
