opportunity call log report

Hello community, our company is looking to create a report with opportunities over 10k with activities, specifically calls.  There is a report that shows (opportunity activity) this but it only shows when a person logged a call.  It misses all the opportunities that someone did not follow up on yet.  We want a full report showing the opportunity regardless whether there is any activity on it.  That way we have all the opportunities listed and can easily see who we need to follow up internally to get the latest on the opportunity.  The opp with activity report does one part of it and the straight opportunity report does the other.  Just looking to find a way to have those combined.  In the activity report you cannot change the logic because its locked to show only opportunities with activities.  That really isn't as efficient as we would like.  I hope this all makes sense.  Thanks for your help.

Hi Deron,

Please create an report type with Opportunity and add child object "Activities "(select with or without ) .

Now using these report type you can get all opportunities with or without activities.
