I can't find a way to Modify Links showing in Quick Links Utility Bar in Lightning:
If I go to the Lightning App , I see the item but can't find a way to edit it:
How can I access the Quick Links itself and edit it?

Supposedly according to the release notes users can customize the order of the quick links and exclude the ones they don't want from their personal settings by entering Customize My Pages in the Quick Find box, selecting Customize My Pages, then clicking the object
