I did an import of fields and layouts by inbound deploy change sets. However, I can't find either the layout or the fields in the production. When I'm going to edit the layout, the deployment fields appear, but when saved, they don't appear in the preview. Am I missing a step? The status of the deployment and validation has been successful, and it's been almost 24 hours

Hi Juliana,
Please check field level security for all your fields which you have deployed, when you deploy a field then you have to give access to profiles manually, therefore those field are not appearing.
