We have a set of company community users that only have access to the company community and no other tabs. However, the very first time the login (when they verify their email and password) they land in the backoffice with a message insufficient privileges and they have to click on the app launcher button and open the community that way. Is there a way to direct them to the community? I can't find anything. Is it because the licences are company communities rather than customer communities?

    Hi Veronika,

The company community license is an internal user license which also allows access to a community. According to the article below, "The users themselves can either log in at login.salesforce.com or use the log in URL of the Community, where they use the option to log in with internal user credentials." I believe that users would have to login directly to the community to bypass the internal org.
