So I have a Team and a coach belongs to that team. I want to be able to see the Coaches Name on the team page in the lookup relationship, even though the coach is identified by an ID. I Understand Formula Text and I know that I can display the linked name that way, but with the Lookup data type we get a cool hover option and there is not a loading screen when you click the link, unlike when you use a hyper link. Basically, I want the lookup to display a different field besides the ID, such as first name.
