How to add "Post Actions" to Chatter

I deactivated Chatter a few months ago. Anyways, we would like to activate it again. So i enabled chatter in the Chatter Settings, but now i cannot post new Chatter Messages to a Contact anymore. Any ideas, whats the reason?

 

I think i remember, that we had several buttons in the top. Attached you can see the Chatter field in one of my contacts.

    I found the solution. In the Object Manager i had to go to Page Layouts, and then adding in Mobile & Lightning Actions the Poll and Post feature and drag it down into the Layout. Now it works.
