Create a Chatter Free User Issue

I am attempting to create a Chatter Free User in our sandbox for testing, and I cannot do so. There are no errors on the page when I am trying to select the Save button. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a setting or box that we may have forgotten to check?

    Hi Tonya,

     

    Create Chatter Free users as either the System Admin (or other profile with system admin permissions) or Delegated Admin with "manage users" checked on the profile level.
