Validation rule to stop users from editing any fields on the Opportunity when the Opportunity Type is equal to renewal and the opportunity has been closed (won or lost)

In need of a Validation rule to stop users from editing any fields on the Opportunity when the Opportunity Type is equal to renewal and the opportunity has been closed (won or lost). Only System admins and data admins are able to edit

 

Type = Renewal

 

Stage = Closed Won, Closed Lost

 

Profiles able to edit: System Adminstrators, Data Administators

    There are no syntax errors with Deepaks code however the code does not as profiles other than 'System Administrator' and 'Data Administrator' are able to edit fields within the Opportunity once it has been closed.

     

    My aim is to have no one to be able to edit any fields on the Opportunity once it has been closed and the Opportunity type is 'Renewal'
