
The steps I followed:
- Make all cases private.
- Create a record type of Sensitive
- Created two sharing rules.
- Case record type equal Sensitice only shared with the Sales Management Role
- All other case record types shared with all internal users.
This works perfectly in the sanbox, but does not do anything in production. I can log in as a standard user that is assigned a lower role and still have access to all tickets. On the sanbox this give an insifficient privaleges error.
The sandbox and production are setup exactly so I'm not sure why this isn't working?

What is the profile names of the users who has insufficient privilages?
What is the Case Object Permissions for these profiles ?
